SEO Agency in Las Vegas, NV

We are based in Henderson and we take Las Vegas clients. “Ranking in Las Vegas” is not one thing.

The valley is big enough that a single ranking number for it does not exist. Understanding that before you buy is most of the difference between an engagement that works and one that produces reports.

The distinction that matters

There are two Las Vegas economies and we only work in one

One is the visitor economy — resorts, entertainment, nightlife, events, and everything selling to roughly forty million people a year who do not live here. It runs on national and international search, brand demand, paid distribution, and OTA and booking-platform dynamics that have very little to do with local search.

The other is the resident economy — roughly two and a half million people in the valley who need a dentist, a plumber, an attorney, an HVAC company, a physical therapist. It runs on Google Maps, proximity, reviews, and whether the phone gets answered.

We work in the second one and we are not the right agency for the first. If your customer arrives by plane, you want someone who does hospitality and travel search, and we will say so rather than take the engagement. That is the same constraint described in local vs national, applied to the most tourism-heavy market in the country.

The mechanism

Why a single Las Vegas ranking number does not exist

Google weighs relevance, distance, and prominence for local results. Distance is measured from the searcher, and the map pack is recomputed for every location a search happens from.

The valley is roughly thirty miles across and includes Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Paradise, Enterprise, Spring Valley, Summerlin and Boulder City. Someone searching from Summerlin and someone searching from Henderson see different top threes for the same query, at the same moment, with no ranking change having occurred.

So “we got you to #1 in Las Vegas” is a sentence with no fixed meaning. It is true somewhere. The relevant questions are where, and whether that is anywhere near your customers.

The fix is not clever: track position from a grid of points across the valley and the report stops being a number and becomes a sentence — you are winning Summerlin and losing Enterprise. That is something an owner can act on. It is also, in our experience, the fastest way to discover that an existing agency's reporting has been taken from a single flattering location, quite often the client's own address.

The obvious question

Does it matter that we are in Henderson?

For the work, no. Where the agency sits has no bearing on rankings — distance is computed from your business location, not ours. Anyone implying their address helps yours is describing something that does not exist.

For everything else, a little. We are in the valley, we work in one metro rather than sixty, and we can be in the same room. That is worth something on a difficult month and nothing at all on a ranking report.

The part that does matter is the constraint behind it. We take clients in Henderson, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Paradise and Enterprise, and nowhere else. That is a deliberate limit — it keeps the number of clients small enough that the work is actually done rather than queued, and it means the competitive picture in your category here is something we already know rather than something we bill you to learn.

It also means we will occasionally turn down work, including yours, and say why.

The work

What a Las Vegas engagement actually involves

Establish the real picture first

Position across a grid of valley points before anything is changed, so there is a baseline that is not a screenshot from your own doorstep.

Fix the profile before the website

Primary category, honestly declared service area, accurate hours, review posture. In most local categories this moves more revenue faster than any page ever will.

Build only the pages that are earned

Area and service pages where demand and genuine local detail support them. Near-duplicate city pages get read as one thin page repeated and can suppress each other.

Count leads, not impressions

Tracked calls and form submissions first, rankings underneath as supporting evidence, every task logged and dated. That is The One Number Method.

Pricing is the same here as everywhere else: a flat monthly fee between $1500 and $3000, quoted in writing before you sign, month to month. Las Vegas categories skew toward the upper end because the field is deeper than Henderson's. See pricing for what moves a quote within that range and month to month for why there is no annual contract.

Questions

Questions about SEO in Las Vegas

Does it matter that your agency is in Henderson, not Las Vegas?

Not for rankings. Distance is computed from your business location, not your agency's, so where we sit has no bearing on where you appear. Anyone implying their address helps yours is describing something that does not exist. Being in the valley matters for the ordinary reasons — same metro, same market conditions, and we can be in the same room — but it is worth something on a difficult month and nothing at all on a ranking report.

What does "ranking #1 in Las Vegas" actually mean?

On its own, not much. The valley is roughly thirty miles across and the map pack is recomputed for every location a search happens from, so someone searching in Summerlin and someone searching in Henderson see different top threes for the same query at the same moment. "#1 in Las Vegas" is true somewhere. The useful questions are where, and whether that anywhere is near your customers. Position tracked across a grid answers both; a single screenshot answers neither.

Do you work with casinos, hotels, or tourism businesses?

No. That is the visitor economy — national and international search, brand demand, paid distribution, and booking-platform dynamics — and it is a genuinely different discipline from local search. We work with businesses selling to the roughly two and a half million people who live in the valley: trades, medical, legal, home services, personal services. If your customer arrives by plane, we are the wrong agency and we will tell you that rather than take the engagement.

Is Las Vegas more competitive than Henderson?

Generally yes, and it shows up as a longer timeline rather than a different method. There are more competitors per category, more national brands running a Las Vegas landing page, and more agencies already working the same accounts. That pushes most engagements toward the upper end of the $1,500 to $3,000 range and pushes first meaningful movement later. The mechanics do not change — profile accuracy, proximity, reviews and genuinely useful pages — there is simply more of a field to move through.

Can you get me ranked across the whole valley?

Honestly, usually not, and anyone promising it is selling a picture rather than a plan. Distance is a ranking factor computed from your single physical location, so a business in Henderson has a structural disadvantage for searches happening in North Las Vegas, and no amount of profile work removes that. What is achievable is winning your immediate area convincingly and competing on relevance and prominence in the areas next to it. A grid audit shows the realistic shape of that before you spend anything.

Do you take clients outside the Las Vegas valley?

No. We work in Henderson, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Paradise and Enterprise and nowhere else. It is a deliberate limit: it keeps the client count small enough that work gets done rather than queued, and it means the competitive picture in your category here is something we already know rather than something we bill you to learn. The trade-off is real and it makes us the wrong choice in a few specific situations, which local vs national sets out.
