Turnaround is a few business days. No contract. No card.
Four things, and why each one matters
These are the four places Henderson businesses lose leads without knowing it. We check all four every time, in this order, because that is the order they matter in.
Your Google Business Profile
The profile usually decides who appears in the Google Maps top three when someone in Henderson searches for what you do. We check the primary category, the service areas, what is missing, and whether a previous agency left edits behind.
You get: a list of what is wrong with the profile and which fixes move the map position first.
Your current Henderson map position
Not one ranking from one spot. Where you actually appear across Henderson, because proximity is a ranking factor — someone searching in Anthem sees a different top three than someone near the Water Street District.
You get: where you currently stand for the searches that are worth money to you.
Your site’s technical health
Whether the site can be crawled and understood, whether it loads fast enough on a phone, and whether it says the same thing about your name, address, and phone as your profile does. Disagreement between those records is one of the most common reasons a business Google likes still cannot win the map.
You get: the specific technical problems, ranked by what they are costing you.
What your closest Henderson competitors are doing differently
The two or three businesses taking the calls you want, and what is true about them that is not true about you. Usually it is a small number of concrete things, not a mystery.
You get: a named comparison and the gap you would have to close.
This is not a sales call with a PDF attached.
You have probably had a “free audit” before. It was an automated tool report with a score out of 100, some red exclamation marks, and a scheduled call where somebody read it back to you. That is a lead magnet wearing an audit costume.
This one is written by one of the four of us, after we look at your actual business, and it says what we actually found. Sometimes that is “your profile is fine and your problem is that nobody in Henderson searches for what you called your service.” Sometimes it is “your previous agency did very little and none of it hurt you, so you are starting from neutral, not from damage.” Sometimes it is “you do not need us yet.”
We will tell you that. We would rather lose a bad-fit engagement in week one than take a retainer from a business that was never going to get value from it, because a Henderson client who leaves at month three angry costs us more than the money was worth.
And if we are not the right fit for your category, we will tell you what to look for in whoever you hire instead. That is not generosity. It is what having nothing to hide looks like when it is operationalised.
Two ways to start. Both reach one of the owners.
You will talk to Bryan, Sarah, Robert, or Erin — not an account manager who rotates off in month three. Tell us your business name and the service you want more calls for. That is all we need to begin.
We reply within one business day. No sales sequence, no drip campaign.
Questions about the free Henderson lead audit
What does the free Henderson lead audit cost?
Nothing. There is no fee, no card required, and no obligation attached to it. It is not a trial and it is not credit toward a retainer. We review your Google Business Profile, your current map position for the Henderson searches that matter to you, your site's technical health, and what your closest competitors are doing differently, then send you what we found in writing. You keep it whether or not you hire I Need Leads LLC.
How long does the audit take?
A few business days from the point we have access to look at your profile and your site. It is written by one of the four owners rather than generated by a tool, which is the reason it takes days instead of seconds. If you need it faster because you are deciding between agencies on a deadline, say so when you call and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
What do you need from me to run it?
Your business name, your website, and the service you want more calls for. That is enough to start. To go deeper we will ask for view access to your Google Business Profile and Google Search Console, both of which stay in your name with us added as a user you can remove at any time. We do not need your website password to produce the audit, and we will not ask for payment details at any point.
Is this just a sales call in disguise?
No. You get the written audit whether or not you ever speak to us again, and there is no follow-up sequence attached to it. If the honest finding is that you do not need us yet, that is what the audit will say. If we are not the right fit for your category, we will tell you what to look for in whoever you hire instead. We would rather lose a bad-fit engagement in week one than take a retainer from a business that was never going to get value from it.
I am already with another SEO agency. Can I still get one?
Yes, and it is one of the most useful times to get one. We will document what your current agency has actually published or changed, what is working, and what is not, in writing. Sometimes the honest answer is that your current agency is doing fine, and we will say so. Do not cancel anything before you have that documentation, because confirming who owns the domain, the hosting, and the Google Business Profile before you give notice is what protects you in a transition.
What happens after the audit?
Nothing automatic. You read it, and you decide. If you want to work together, the engagement is a flat monthly fee between $1,500 and $3,000 for a single-location Henderson service business, quoted in writing before you sign, month to month with no long-term contract. If you do not, you keep the audit and we do not chase you. Either way the first number in every report we would produce is tracked leads, which is the method the audit is the opening step of.
