1. Who we are
I Need Leads LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is a Wyoming limited liability company operating an SEO and lead generation business serving Henderson, Nevada and the Las Vegas Valley.
This Privacy Policy applies to ineedleads.net and to every website, landing page, and property we operate under this entity. It describes what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
If a website you are reading was built by us but is published under a client's own domain and branding, that client — not I Need Leads LLC — is the business responsible for the information collected there, and their privacy notice governs.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us. If you call, text, or email us to request a lead audit or ask a question, we receive your name, your phone number or email address, your business name, and whatever else you choose to tell us.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server request data — IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the referring URL — for security, abuse prevention, and to keep the site running. This is ordinary web server logging.
Information from an embedded map. Our homepage embeds a Google Maps frame so you can see our service area. Loading that frame sends your IP address and browser information to Google, and Google may set cookies through it under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or control that data. If you would rather it never load, block third-party frames or cookies in your browser; the rest of the site works normally without it.
What we do not run. As of the effective date above, this website carries no advertising pixels, no retargeting tags, no analytics platform, and no consent banner, because there is nothing on the site that requires one. If that changes, this section changes with it before the tags go live.
3. How we use your information

- To provide and improve services to clients who have engaged us
- To keep the site secure and to investigate abuse
- To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not build advertising profiles.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We disclose personal information only to:
- Service providers who process it on our behalf under contract — website hosting, email delivery, and business records. They may use it only to perform that service for us.
- Legal recipients, where required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim or protect our rights.
- A successor, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
5. Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own. The only third-party technology on it is the Google Maps frame described in Section 2.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is currently nothing for that signal to switch off — but the commitment stands, and it applies automatically if we ever add technology that would make it meaningful.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you, and access a copy of it;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- request deletion of your information;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- opt out of targeted advertising, or of the sale or sharing of your information; and
- not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise a right, email hello@ineedleads.net with the subject line "Privacy Request," or call (702) 900-4945. We will take reasonable steps to verify who you are before we act — usually by confirming details already in our records — and we will respond within the period your state's law requires, generally 45 days, extendable once where the law permits and where we tell you why.
An authorized agent may make a request for you with written proof that you authorized them.
We will not charge you for a request, discriminate against you for making one, or deny you service because you made one.

When a retention period ends we delete or de-identify the information, unless a legal hold requires us to keep it longer.
8. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
This website and our services are directed to businesses, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email hello@ineedleads.net and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page, and where the law requires it we will give you additional notice. Your continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
