PROMISECARE PROVIDER WEBSITE PROGRAM
PromiseCare is consolidating all PCP websites into a single centralized directory. Most provider websites have already been taken offline and redirected to the PromiseCare provider directory. If yours is one of the few still online, it’s expected to follow soon.
We are reaching out now so every provider has an opportunity to preserve, restore (if necessary), and take ownership of their website before September 15, 2026.
WANT TO VERIFY THIS WITH PROMISECARE?
We encourage it. Feel free to discuss this transition with Kristine Reus or your usual PromiseCare representative during their next office visit.
Questions about website restoration, plans, pricing, or onboarding should still be directed to I Need Leads.
Decide before your site is permanently deleted.
transfers into your name.
that built and maintains your site currently.
to keep your website active.
— Before You Take Action
The key facts are simple: the decision window is limited, your website can be restored and professionally managed moving forward, and you have multiple options for keeping it active.
Nothing will be changed, moved, or transferred without your approval. We’ll first review your website together, recommend the best path forward, and then handle the technical work if you decide to proceed.
September 15, 2026
90 days to make a decision
That’s your window. After the deadline, PromiseCare’s consolidation becomes permanent and your individual website is permanently lost. There is no extension process and no reinstatement option once the deadline passes. The 90-day clock is real, and it’s already running.
Your Domain
becomes yours
As part of taking ownership, we coordinate the transfer of your domain from PromiseCare into your name — at no separate charge on any plan. Once it’s in your name, it’s yours to keep: even if you later stop the management service, the domain stays with you.
Our Team
already knows your website
Most agencies pitch you on a discovery process before touching your site. We don’t need one. We built your site. We know your hosting setup, SEO configuration, content structure, and Google history. That’s not a talking point — it has real dollar value in avoided mistakes and saved onboarding time.
3 Plan Options
to keep your website active
Not because we couldn’t simplify it, but because your situation is different from the next doctor’s. Some providers want to secure the site and decide later. Some want a full rebrand immediately. Some are ready to turn the site into a patient acquisition engine. The three plans reflect three different decisions — not three upsells.
After you submit your info, we’ll reach out to you to confirm your site details, walk you through the plan that fits, and go over the details of site recovery and customization. Most initial conversations take 10–30 minutes. We’ll review your options, answer questions, and explain exactly what is and isn’t included before you decide anything. We handle all the technical work and nothing changes without your approval.
1
We Talk
(10 – 30 minutes)
We’ll confirm your website, answer questions, go over your Google Analytics data, and recommend the option that best fits your practice.
2
We Restore Your Website
(3-5 business days)
We restore your website, make needed changes, and customize it for your practice.
3
Your website stays online while your domain and website are placed under your control and professionally managed moving forward.
Your website was built and maintained by I Need Leads LLC on behalf of PromiseCare. As PromiseCare consolidates to a single web presence, all individual provider sites — including yours — are being taken offline.
We are reaching out directly so you have the option to take ownership of your site before the deadline. This is not a solicitation from a stranger. We built your site, we’ve been running it, and we know exactly what it has and what it’s worth.
You’re receiving this because you’re one of the providers whose site has gone, or will shortly go offline — and because you have a one-time window to prevent that. We wanted to make sure you knew before it was too late.
referenced in your letter
PromiseCare’s consolidation is an internal decision about their web infrastructure. It does not affect your membership, contract, or practice operations. It only affects your individual website.
— What’s happening
If you received a letter in the mail about this, here’s what it means in plain terms:
— What you keep
Your site already ranks for local search terms. If search visibility already exists, preserving it is far easier than rebuilding it later.
We move your domain from PromiseCare into your name at no separate charge, on every plan. Once it's registered to you, it stays yours — even if you later end the management service.
Every page, image, provider bio, and design element transfers with the site. Nothing gets rebuilt from scratch. Nothing gets lost.
Hosting, security, updates, backups, and monitoring handled for you on every plan. No technical work on your end, if you choose one of our plans.
You can simply preserve ownership, keep the website running, or actively grow your practice.
— What’s NOW POSSIBLE
Until now, your website was limited to what PromiseCare allowed. That changes the moment you take ownership.
Until now, your website could describe your practice. Now it can grow it.
Until now, your website primarily served PromiseCare. Once you own it, it can begin serving your practice instead. Growth is optional — but ownership gives you the freedom to decide how your website is used moving forward.
— Your site’s real data
To preserve and visualize this data before the transition, we built a custom archival system that has been collecting historical website performance data since January 2026. Historical data availability varies by provider. In general, the longer you’ve been with PromiseCare, the more historical data we have available. Regardless of data availability, every doctor can still preserve ownership and establish accurate tracking moving forward. These are the numbers your site generated leading into the sunsetting — before any optimization, before any rebrand, and despite the restrictions that were in place.
Select your practice to view your site data. No estimates, projections, or marketing calculations are used.
This data is pulled directly from Google Analytics 4 (GA4) into our data archiver. Historical data availability varies by provider. In general, the longer you’ve been with PromiseCare, the more historical data we have available.Want to verify your numbers? We’re happy to walk through your website’s actual Google Analytics data with you during a short video call.
— What The Numbers Mean
These websites were historically maintained as informational provider pages, not fully optimized marketing websites. This context matters when interpreting the data.
What was never turned on:
Yet your visibility was earned through:
With independent branding, expanded SEO, stronger calls-to-action, and active marketing support, your website has significantly more growth potential than its current form reflects.
— If you take no action
This is not a consequence of choosing the wrong plan. It’s what happens by default if you don’t choose any plan.
Your web address stops pointing to your individual site and routes directly to the PromiseCare directory. Patients using the address they already know get sent somewhere else.
Every search ranking your site has built — patients searching your name, your specialty, your location — goes away. That visibility took years to develop and cannot be recovered once it's gone.
Anyone searching for you by name gets sent to a PromiseCare page listing dozens of providers. You're one name in a list. No individual presence, no direct contact, no way to stand out from the group.
Once the 90-day deadline passes, the transfer option closes. There is no reinstatement process. This is a one-time window — and it is already open right now.
The longer a website remains offline, the more difficult it becomes to preserve its existing search visibility and historical value.
You can simply preserve ownership, keep the website running, or actively grow your practice.
— Who you’re working with
This is not technically a new relationship. It’s a continuation of work we’ve already been doing for years.
I Need Leads LLC is a Henderson, NV-based SEO and digital marketing agency specializing in healthcare practices. We’re not a company you’re meeting for the first time — we’re the team PromiseCare used to build and maintain every provider website in this program.
Over the years, we’ve built and maintained nearly 100 PromiseCare PCP websites throughout Riverside County. We also built the current PromiseCare.com, CIDRAD.com, and NivanoPhysicians.com websites.
That means no discovery calls, no lengthy onboarding, and no risky handoff to a new agency. We already know your website because we built it.
We didn't inherit these sites from another agency. We built them from scratch and have been maintaining them for more than five years. There are no surprises in your setup that we haven't already seen.
Beyond these websites, we've spent years building, optimizing, and managing Google Business Profiles for many PromiseCare physicians. We know how the world sees your practice and how to improve your reputation.
Getting healthcare providers found in local search isn't a feature we added — it's our core practice. We understand how patients search for doctors in your area and how to make sure they find you first.
On any plan. Your domain transfers into your name as part of onboarding. If you decide to stop the management service, we give you a full export of all your website files and database. Nothing is held hostage.
— How you keep your website
No long-term contracts. Your domain transfers into your name on every plan. Cancel management anytime.
A single new patient can easily offset the investment.
Depending on insurance mix and services provided, a new patient relationship may generate hundreds or even thousands of dollars in lifetime value. Our goal isn’t to promise patient growth — it’s to give your practice the tools and visibility needed to make growth possible.
Until now, your website was intentionally limited by PromiseCare. Owning your website allows it to become an active asset for your practice instead of a static directory page.
Replacing this yourself usually means hiring multiple specialists*

Ownership & Deadlines
September 15, 2026 is our recovery cutoff date for these websites. It is not an expiration date imposed by PromiseCare or Google. After that date, we can no longer reserve engineering time, maintain recovery systems, or guarantee the same level of restoration. Acting sooner also gives us the best opportunity to preserve your website’s existing Google presence and search visibility.
Your website will remain offline and your web address will continue redirecting to the PromiseCare provider directory. While we maintain backups today, websites that remain offline gradually lose their Google presence and search visibility over time. After September 15, 2026, we can no longer guarantee the same level of recovery or restoration.
Currently all PCP domains are registered under a PromiseCare managed GoDaddy registrar account.
On every plan, ownership of the domain is transferred into an account in your name, and it remains yours whether or not you continue working with I Need Leads.
PromiseCare is releasing these domains at no cost, so what you’re paying for is the restoration, hosting, and ongoing management of your website — not the domain itself. If you claim your domain, you will responsible for standard annual domain renewal costs going forward.
Yes, but the website and the domain name are two separate things.
If you choose not to enroll in a plan, we’ll facilitate a free transfer of your domain name to your own GoDaddy account, giving you full ownership and control of your domain moving forward.
The website itself was built as part of a shared platform and is more involved to separate and restore than a simple domain transfer. If you choose to manage the website yourself or work with another provider, we’ll work with you to determine the best path forward.
Our goal is to ensure every provider has the opportunity to keep what was built, even if they choose not to continue working with I Need Leads.
How the Transfer Works
The domain is simply your web address and can be transferred quickly. The website itself was built as part of a larger shared platform alongside dozens of others, so it must be individually separated, validated, and prepared before it can operate independently. This is hands-on engineering work, not a one-click export, which is why we can’t simply email everyone a copy of their website.
We handle the entire transition process for you, including restoring the website, transferring the domain into your ownership, and getting everything operational again. If you’d prefer a registrar other than GoDaddy, we’ll cover reasonable transfer costs (up to $100) as part of onboarding.
No. Every plan is month-to-month with no long-term contracts, termination fees, or penalties. Your domain remains in your name, and if you decide to leave, we’ll provide a full export of your website files and database so you can move to another provider. Nothing is held hostage.
Yes. Essentials allows you to secure your domain and hosting immediately. You can upgrade to Professional or Growth at any time, and the de-branding, compliance, and SEO work can be added later. If you move to a higher tier, you only pay the difference between the setup fees, and your new monthly rate begins when work on the upgraded plan starts.
Services & Performance
Yes. We will share all available Google Search Console or Google Analytics history available for your website. We can show you what terms you’re ranking for, how many people are finding you, and the historical performance of your website.
Some providers have years of accumulated history, while others may have more limited or incomplete data available. In general, the longer you’ve been with PromiseCare, the more historical data we have to work with. There is no obligation to request this information.
Professional includes technical optimization, search-focused page improvements, and ongoing monthly SEO management with regular performance reporting. Growth adds deeper research, proprietary backlinking, ongoing content creation, a live performance dashboard, and quarterly strategy reviews.
SEO is a long-term investment. We typically recommend allowing at least 90 days to evaluate progress, while 6–8 months often provides a more realistic picture of meaningful results. Good websites are built in weeks. Good SEO is built in months.
Professional removes all PromiseCare branding, including logos, colors, navigation, and footer elements, and updates your metadata so search engines associate the website with your practice. We also review pages that carry legal significance, update what we can, and provide a list of anything your attorney should review before launch.
I Need Leads originally built and maintained these websites on behalf of PromiseCare. As PromiseCare consolidates to a single provider directory, we wanted to ensure every provider had an opportunity to preserve their website before the transition is complete.
Participation is entirely optional. PromiseCare is not requiring you to continue working with I Need Leads; they are simply releasing the domains and making providers aware of this opportunity.
— Ready to keep it?
No pressure and no commitment required. We’ll answer questions, review your website’s history, and help you understand your options.
