PROMISECARE PROVIDER WEBSITE PROGRAM

Your Website Has Value.
You Should Decide What Happens to It.

PromiseCare is consolidating its web properties. As part of that transition, individual physician websites built and maintained by PromiseCare, including yours, will be taken offline — unless you choose to take ownership.

You have 90 days to decide. After that, the option goes away.

What’s happening

A Quick Summary
of the Situation

If you received a letter from PromiseCare about this, here’s what it means in plain terms:
What you keep

Everything That's
Already Working for You

Your website isn’t starting from scratch. It’s a live property with real assets already in place.

Google Visibility

Your site already ranks for local search terms. Patients find you online today because of the work already done — and that presence disappears if the site goes down.

Your Domain Name

Transferred to you free and clear on every plan. It's registered in your name and you retain full ownership regardless of any future relationship changes.

Your Content & Design

Every page, image, provider bio, and design element transfers with the site. Nothing gets rebuilt from scratch. Nothing gets lost.

Ongoing Management

Hosting, security, updates, backups, and monitoring handled for you on every plan. No technical work on your end, ever.

Investment Options

No long-term contracts. You own your domain on every plan. Cancel management anytime.

Why does the Professional plan cost more than Essentials?Your website currently carries PromiseCare branding throughout — the logo, colors, navigation links, footer, enrollment CTAs, member services references, and provider portal links. On the Essentials plan, your site works and is hosted, but it still looks like a PromiseCare property. The Professional plan includes the design, development, compliance, and search optimization work needed to make the site truly yours — your branding, your identity, your practice, with no trace of PromiseCare remaining.

How does this compare to the market?Medical practice SEO alone typically costs $1,500–$3,500 per month from healthcare marketing agencies. Our Professional plan includes hosting, maintenance, a full rebrand, legal compliance review, and SEO — starting well below what most practices pay for search optimization alone. The Growth plan adds custom content creation and ongoing strategy at a fraction of full-service agency rates.

Common questions

What You Might
Be Wondering

Your individual website will be taken down as part of PromiseCare’s consolidation. You’ll still appear on the main PromiseCare site, but the standalone website — along with its search rankings, domain, and content — will be gone. That visibility can’t be recovered once it’s lost.

No. This is entirely optional and PromiseCare has no involvement in the ongoing management arrangement. They’re simply making you aware of the opportunity and facilitating the domain transfer at no cost to you.

I Need Leads LLC is the agency that originally built your website and has been maintaining it on behalf of PromiseCare. They specialize in local SEO and digital marketing for healthcare practices. Transferring to their management means continuing with the same team that already knows your site inside and out.

Yes. On every plan, the domain is transferred to you free and clear. It’s registered in your name and you retain full ownership regardless of whether you continue the management service.

Everything. The PromiseCare logo gets replaced with your practice logo or a custom wordmark we create for you. The color scheme is updated to match your practice identity. All PromiseCare-specific navigation links — member resources, enrollment periods, provider portal — are removed or replaced with your own content. The footer is rebuilt. Meta titles and descriptions are rewritten so search engines associate the site with your practice, not PromiseCare. A legal and compliance review ensures forms, disclaimers, and privacy policies are updated for your independent practice. The goal is a site that looks and feels like it was always yours.

We review your site for proper privacy policy and terms of service, form handling and data collection practices, disclaimer language, ADA accessibility basics, and any regulatory references that need to be updated when transitioning from an IPA-affiliated property to an independent practice site. Final legal sign-off is coordinated with qualified counsel.

On the Professional plan, we perform a full technical audit and optimization of your site, rewrite meta titles and descriptions for your target keywords, ensure your site structure and schema markup are properly configured, and provide ongoing monitoring of your search performance. On the Growth plan, we add active keyword research, competitive analysis, content creation targeting the search terms your patients actually use, and monthly reporting on rankings, traffic, and visibility trends.

Google Business Profile optimization and ongoing management is available as a separate add-on service. This includes profile optimization, post scheduling, review monitoring, and local search reporting. Ask Robert for details and pricing specific to your practice.

Yes. You can start with the Essentials plan to secure the domain and hosting right away, then upgrade to Professional or Growth whenever you’re ready. The de-branding, compliance, and SEO work can be done at any time.

Yes. There’s no long-term contract on any plan. If you decide to discontinue management, you keep your domain and can take your site to any hosting provider. We’ll provide a full export of your website files and database.

Reach out to Robert at I Need Leads LLC. He can pull the specific search performance data for your website — what terms you’re ranking for, how many people are finding you, and what that visibility is worth. No commitment required to ask.

You have 90 days from the date of the letter to make your decision. After the deadline, the consolidation moves forward and the website comes down. Transfers requested after the deadline are not guaranteed.
