Yes. It currently sits under PromiseCare, and we move it out at no cost and manage it for you. You can take full ownership into your own free account whenever you like — we transfer it to you at no charge, at signup or any time after. You cover only the annual renewal (about $75/year for a .health domain).
Yes — it's your site and your content. If you ever decide to leave, we hand you a complete export of the site to take wherever you want. Nothing is held hostage.
No. Essentials is month-to-month. If you want to stop, we just ask for 30 days' notice.
We unlock your domain and send it to you, and we provide a full export of your website. From there, you or your new provider set it up on your end — we don't migrate departing sites onto someone else's platform, but you leave with everything that's yours.
